Business and product identity

Veridial is a product of and is operated by Bayus Property Services.

Veridial is the product and customer-facing brand. Bayus Property Services is the business that operates Veridial.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, recording or uploading sermon content, generating materials, asking questions, opting into reminders, or otherwise using Veridial, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Veridial for a church or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

Use of Veridial

Veridial helps churches, pastors, and members record sermons, organize sermon material, create follow-up content, and ask questions using sermon or Scripture context. You must use the service lawfully and only with content you have the right to record, upload, process, publish, or share.

Your sermon content

Users and churches remain responsible for their audio, transcripts, uploads, teaching material, and publication decisions. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights of others whose material is included.

You give Veridial the limited permission needed to host, secure, transcribe, process, display, and deliver that content to you, your church, and audiences you select. Necessary retention may continue for backups, legal records, fraud prevention, disputes, or copies already received by others.

Recording and publication consent

Before recording a service, sermon, meeting, class, podcast, or conversation, you are responsible for following applicable consent laws and church policies. Publishing content means you have the necessary permission from speakers, churches, worship services, and others whose voices or material are included.

No purchased or imported texting lists

Veridial reminders are only for users who intentionally opt in. No purchased, rented, scraped, shared, or imported messaging lists are used.

SMS consent is limited to the Veridial reminder program described at opt-in. SMS consent is not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

AI and Bible-content limitations

AI summaries and answers may be incomplete or wrong. Veridial does not replace a pastor, church leadership, counseling, legal advice, medical care, emergency help, or personal spiritual accountability. Users should review important generated content before relying on or publishing it.

Bible passages and related information may come from configured Bible-service providers. Availability, attribution, translation permissions, and provider terms may apply, and required attribution must not be removed.

Billing, trials, and cancellations

Paid plans, credits, and subscription management may be processed through Stripe. Access may depend on subscription status or available credits. A subscription may be canceled through the billing flow; cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal and does not automatically create a refund for a period already started.

Trials, refunds, duplicate charges, one-time purchases, and church plans are governed by the offer shown at purchase and any applicable written church terms. Payment-provider rules may also apply.

Saved sermon library and retention

Active subscribed members can keep access to up to 10 saved sermons and their generated synopsis or plan data. If paid access ends, Veridial is designed to retain eligible sermon-library data for 90 days from the last paid subscription access date, then purge it unless paid access resumes first.

Organization responsibilities

A church or organization is responsible for selecting authorized administrators, obtaining recording and publication permissions, deciding what member or youth content may be submitted, responding to privacy requests for information it controls, and removing access when appropriate.

Organization administrators must not use Veridial to monitor confidential counseling or private activity outside the disclosed product workflow.

Service availability and restrictions

Veridial depends on hosting, authentication, storage, payment, transcription, AI, Bible, email, and messaging providers. Services may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, changed, or discontinued. Veridial does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect transcription, complete recordings, or accurate generated content.

Do not attack the service, bypass billing, harvest information, impersonate others, upload illegal content, violate privacy rights, or process content you are not authorized to use. Access may be limited, suspended, or closed for nonpayment, abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.

Changes and support

These Terms of Use are effective July 25, 2026. Veridial may update them as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
