Plain-language overview

Veridial is a product of and is operated by Bayus Property Services.

Veridial is a church and sermon companion for recording or uploading sermons, creating transcripts, generating summaries and seven-day follow-up plans, asking sermon and Bible questions, managing sermon pages, and sending optional text reminders.

Because Veridial may handle audio, voices, sermon transcripts, church-linked content, questions, billing status, and reminder settings, users and churches should only record, upload, publish, or share content they have permission to use.

Information Veridial may collect

Account information may include a name, email address, login and account identifiers, church connection data, and role information.

Sermon information may include recordings, uploads, transcripts, live transcript text, sermon metadata, notes, timestamps, generated summaries and plans, Scripture references, and playback or publication status.

SMS reminder information may include a phone number, consent timestamp, disclosure text and version, reminder frequency, preferred send time, timezone, opt-out status, delivery records, and provider message identifiers.

Billing information may include plan and subscription status, payment-provider customer or subscription identifiers, credit balances, renewal or cancellation metadata, and access status. Veridial does not store full payment-card numbers.

Device and diagnostic information may include browser or device type, IP address, errors, logs, request timing, and troubleshooting details. Cookies or local storage may hold session state, preferences, local drafts, and recording metadata.

How information is collected and used

Information may be collected when a person creates an account, connects with a church, records or uploads a sermon, asks a question, creates a synopsis, publishes content, opts into reminders, contacts support, or manages billing.

Veridial uses information to provide the features a user requests, operate subscriptions, deliver opted-in reminders, support users, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, secure accounts, improve reliability, and meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Veridial is a product of and is operated by Bayus Property Services. Bayus Property Services is the registered messaging brand responsible for the Veridial Sermon-Plan Reminders program.

SMS reminders are optional and opt-in only. A user provides the user's own phone number, selects daily or weekly reminder settings, and affirmatively checks the SMS consent checkbox before reminders are enabled. Users must not enter another person's number without permission.

Reminder frequency is selected by the user and is either up to one reminder per day or up to one reminder per week. Additional transactional responses may be sent when a user requests HELP, opts out, changes settings, or when a delivery or compliance confirmation is necessary. Message and data rates may apply.

A user can reply STOP to unsubscribe or turn reminders off in Veridial. A user can reply HELP for assistance or email veridialsupport@veridialapp.com. Veridial may retain the phone number, consent timestamp, disclosure version, reminder frequency, preferred time, timezone, opt-out status, and delivery records to demonstrate consent, honor opt-outs, prevent unwanted messages, and resolve delivery issues.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text-message consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction includes text-message originator opt-in data and consent.

Information may be provided to service providers such as Twilio only as necessary to deliver and support the messaging service, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with law. Promotional SMS will not be sent unless a user separately and expressly opts into promotional messages.

Consent to receive Veridial Sermon-Plan Reminders is not a condition of purchasing Veridial products or services.

Sermon, AI, and transcription processing

Depending on the active configuration, audio, transcripts, sermon text, prompts, questions, generated summaries, and Scripture references may be sent to transcription, AI, and Bible-service providers to provide the requested features.

Provider retention, training-use restrictions, regional processing, and deletion behavior depend on the active provider settings and contracts. Veridial does not promise a provider setting unless it has been verified for the production account.

Veridial is not designed for emergency, medical, legal, crisis, or highly sensitive counseling records. Users should avoid submitting private counseling details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers

Veridial may use providers for hosting and deployment, authentication, databases and storage, payments, AI, transcription, Bible content, SMS delivery, analytics, diagnostics, and customer support.

Providers process information only as needed for their role in operating the service, processing payments, delivering messages, securing the platform, troubleshooting, or complying with law. Payment providers process card details under their own terms; Veridial does not store full card numbers.

Public sermons and sharing

When a user or church publishes or shares sermon content, that content may become visible to others. Public audio, transcripts, summaries, references, and related material may be accessible to anyone with the link or according to the church's settings.

Users should confirm they have permission before publishing names, voices, copyrighted material, prayer requests, testimonies, counseling information, or other sensitive content. Content already downloaded, indexed, cached, or copied by others may remain after the original is deleted.

Data minimization and security

Veridial aims to use the information reasonably needed to provide requested features, operate and protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Private content access is limited through account, church-role, and server-side authorization controls where applicable.

Veridial uses measures such as authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, provider-secret handling, rate limits, logging, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and users should protect their credentials and retain their own copies of important source material.

Data retention

Account information is generally retained while an account is active. Sermon recordings, transcripts, plans, and saved library items are retained until deleted or according to account and plan settings.

For paid members, Veridial is designed to retain eligible saved sermon-library data for 90 days after the last paid subscription access date before purging it, unless paid access resumes first.

Consent, unsubscribe, billing, security, and delivery records may be retained as needed for compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and service integrity. Deleted information may remain in backups or provider logs for a limited period.

User choices and privacy rights

Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account and sermon information by contacting Veridial. Users can also manage reminder settings, unsubscribe from SMS, control browser storage, and delete recordings where those controls are provided.

Additional rights may apply based on a user's location, including access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction, and non-discrimination. Veridial may need to verify identity before completing a request.

Children and sensitive information

Veridial is not intended for children under 13. Churches using Veridial with youth content are responsible for obtaining appropriate parent, guardian, and participant permissions.

Veridial is not a medical, legal, emergency, financial, HIPAA, or confidential counseling record system. Churches and users should review recordings and generated material before sharing them.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy is effective July 25, 2026. Veridial may update it as the product, providers, or legal requirements change.

Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or through an updated policy page. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
